A free trial period allows you to evaluate our Equifax products for a specified period of time at no initial cost to you. When you sign up for a free trial, you are enrolling in an Equifax subscription product. If you do not cancel your product before the trial period ends, you will be charged for your product on a monthly basis until you cancel.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so in your Member Center or by calling (866) 640-2273. We're available 8 am to 3 am, 7 days a week.
