Ask a question

If you can't find the answer you need in the Answers section, you can use the Ask a question form. You'll just need to fill in a few details so that our customer care team can reply to you.

To help us answer your questions, please choose the right product, category and subcategory then follow these steps:

  1. Fill in these details: User ID (we recommend using your email address) Credit report reference number (you can find this on your credit report) Details of your question (one question per form is best)
  2. Attach any supporting documents: Scan them into your computer Click the 'browse' button near the bottom of the online form Choose the document you've scanned For any more attachments, select Add another attachment and repeat the previous steps. Once you've finished, click Submit question.
  3. If you're new to this service, you'll be asked to set a password for your Ask a question account. We just need to take a few details from you - your name, date of birth and address details. Once you've entered them, click on Create account.
  4. We'll then show you some responses that might answer your question straight away. If they don't help, just click Finish submitting question.
  5. Once we have your question we'll send you a reference number. If you want to add information, you can do this through the My stuff tab.
