What is GAIN Information?

GAIN is the Gone Away Information Network. This network of organisations shares details of people who have moved home with debts and not given the lender their new address.

The information might include the customer's old address and the address they've been traced to. We hold GAIN's records, and show this information to member companies only.

How long does GAIN information stay on my credit file?

GAIN data, or 'gone-away records', is automatically removed from your credit report six years after it was reported to us.
