I have recently moved to the UK but I am not a UK Citizen. How do I obtain my UK Credit Report?
By law, you are entitled to a copy of your Statutory Credit Report by post for a fee of £2.
To request your Statutory Credit Report by post, please complete the Credit File Application Form and send it to the address below. Be sure to include your full name, date of birth, current address and most recent former addresses (up to six years) for file matching purposes. Please include a personal cheque or postal order made payable to Equifax Plc.

As you have only recently moved to the UK, we will need the following documents:-
- A recent bill issued within the last 8 weeks & addressed to you at your current address. (bank statements / utility bills / mortgage statements / credit card statements / mobile phone bills)
- A copy of 1 of the following government issued document(Full Driving Licence / Passport / Birth Certificate)
