What is Property Valuation / Land Registry Information?
The Land Registry is a Government body which registers title to land in England and Wales. It also registers dealings, such as sales or mortgages, with registered land. For each property the Land Register lists a description and information on mortgages or rights that might affect the property.
Registers of Scotland is the Government body which maintains the Land Register for Scotland.
What should I do if the information appearing is incorrect?
If you believe that Land Registry information is incorrect you should contact the Land Registry or Registers of Scotland directly, their website details are:

- Registers of Scotland - www.ros.gov.uk (You can contact them through the e-mail address on their website, which can be found under the section called 'Land and Property Data'.)
