How do I update my e-mail address?
You can update your Equifax membership details and email address by logging in to the Member Centre.
Once there, click on the Update member profile link. In the My profile section you can change your username, password, secret question and email address. Then click on Submit to save your changes
How do I update my credit card details?
If you're a Equifax customer, every time you buy a product you can update your card details in the Enter payment information section.
If you subscribe to our Credit Watch service, you can update your card details by calling our customer care team. You can find our phone number by logging into the Member Centre and then clicking on the Contact us link at the top of the page.
If you want to update the details of a credit agreement on your report, you'll first need to contact the company that gave us the information.
How do I add my new current address before ordering my next report?
Please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Equifax Member Centre
- Find the product you want to order and click Order now
- At the bottom of the section where you enter your card details, tick the box that says, Check here if your address has changed since your last order
- Click Submit - this will open up the Update address page
- Update your current address and click Submit
You'll then have to answer a couple of security questions before we take your order. Once you pass the security checks, you can see your new address on the Equifax product you bought.
If you have problems with the security checks, please contact customer service for help. You'll see their contact details on any error message you receive. If you're a Credit Watch subscriber, contact customer care by logging into the member centre and then clicking on the Contact us link at the top of the page.
