The information found on the Business Customer Support pages is to be used by Equifax Business Customers only. The Business Customer Support Team will not be able to answer questions about consumer credit reports, credit disputes or reports of fraud. How do I update my company information if an ownership change occurs?

Contact the sales representative assigned to the Equifax account. If you are not sure of your current sales representative, please contact customer service at 800-685-5000 


How do I update my company profile information online?

To update your company profile information online, send an email from management to Cust.serv@equifax.com.  The submitted email MUST originate from a company email address. 


How do I update my company information via fax?

Fax all requests to 770.740.5223 using one of the two processes below. All requests must be signed by management and addressed to the attention of "Customer Service Management"

Process 1: Customer may submit a copy of their Equifax invoice. (current to 4 months is acceptable)

Requirements to Process:

- Member Number

- Company Name

- Requestor Name (Title if possible)

- Telephone Number of requestor

- Email address

- Reason for change

Process 2: Customer may submit their request for a profile change on their company letterhead via email or fax

Requirements to process via letterhead must contain:

- Member Number

- Company Name

- Requestor Name (title if possible)

- Requestor's manager's / supervisor's name

- Telephone Number of requestor

- Fax Number

- Email address

- Reason for Change


How do I cancel my account?

Reference the 'Customer Account Cancellation Form' in the Related Resources section at the top of this page. Fill the form out completely and email to cust.serv@equifax.com. The email must originate from a company email address.

Fax your request on company letterhead to 770.740.5223.

All requests must be signed and approved by a member of management.
