How It Works

SafeScan identifies potential misappropriated identity information such as Social Insurance Numbers, telephone numbers, and addresses. Used in conjunction with the credit report file, SafeScan flags possible problem information items that should be investigated. The information in the consumer credit file is automatically screened and only items that need consideration are evaluated.

 

SafeScan also features an independent address and postal code search for extra security, and includes address profiling to flag unusual and frequent activity.
